cannot read properties of null solucion

I have a problem when I try to view my documents in SAP netweaver bussiness client. The screen show me this message when I try to log from my home in remote access: initialization of SAP GUI for html failed: typeerror: cannot read properties of null (reading 'attachevent'). What is the problem here? Thanks.
