how to display fund reservation FMX1 as commitment in s_alr_87013620

Dear Experts,

I have create a fund reservation in fmx1 but after saved it didi not appear at report s_alr_87013620 as commitment. But if I create FI posting with refer to the earmarkfund mentioned, it displayed as actual.

Why my earmarkfund not display as commitment item in s_alr_87013620? is there any configuration missing? Kindly advice

Hi,

maybe an obvious question but just to be sure, did you create earmark fund introducing cost center or directly funds center?

The report is prepared to display earmark funds so please check the previous point first.

Hi Puri,

s_alr_87013620 is a report for cost centers. If you want to display earmarked funds in this report, you have to post it through a cost center and "translate" cost center to funds center through FMDERIVE transaction.

If the posting through funds center is correct, so you should be able to check it in FM report library: Transaction GRR3, library 4FM, report 4FBUDCON. Also you have loads of standard reports under standard menu S000 => Accounting => Public Sector Management => Funds Management => Information System (and for ex report: S_P99_41000147 - Earmarked Funds )

Hi,

Did you activate commitment management in Controlling? Without this setting, no commitments will be reported in CO reports.
