Alert Notification Service for CPI

Hi Experts,

I am considering to enable Alert Notification Service for an upcoming project so followed the steps as discussed in this post applying it an trial account. However, I am encountering below errors which I am not sure what I'm missing or causing the status 401 in the body. The 401 in the body does not seem to be related to OData credential error since such is captured immediately in the Status Error details.

Has anyone else encountered the error I do?

Regards,

Joel

After looking a other developer's custom email alert notifications, the blog post I was referring to has some misinformation regarding the credentials to be used in the standard iFlow going the the MPL receiver. I just replaced the mentioned OAuth2 credential with just the Basic using my own credentials on logging into the tenant which made the Standard ANS iFlow working as expected.

Hi Joel,

It seems that the credentials which are used for the Cloud Integration’s tenant are incorrect. Better check them and repeat from the 3rd step onwards from the blog you shared. Also I am sending you some more information that you can read if you have any further problems with the setup:

Best regards,

Hi Milko,

Thanks for the response. As per my understanding, the only credentials that security material requiring maintenance to configure the iFlow are for the CPI itself and the ANS. Both credentials have been derived as per blog steps which were from the service keys in the BTP cockpit. Having said that I don't think I got the wrong credentials.

Joel
