Lead Upload through "Import from Excel" in SAP C4C

Hi All,

I need to define a Look up for extended fields and to achieve that I'm referring to the below blog: https://blogs.sap.com/2014/07/28/how-to-customize-excel-import-template-example-for-marketing-leads/

I understood the process. But in the first step, if I download "Import from excel", it's downloading only the Lead Excel template and not the Zip file. Then how can we get the Zip file which consists of “xmlMaps.xml”. file???

Please help me asap

Hello ichu1234,

You can also upload the leads using Data Workbench in C4C which is the fastest way to upload.

The data workbench will not respect the duplicate check for leads - if you have defined that one in configuration. If you ticked the mass import indicator in configuration - work with the MS Excel Add in to import new lead data.

it will download excel file only and you need to use file extractor software like WinZip or winrar and extract the excel file to see this
