Dear Experts,
One of our clients would like to migrate Case transactions from SAP CRM on-premise to S/4HANA Customer Management. We have checked the migration cockpit and it currently supports the migration of Activities from SAP CRM to S4 Customer Management. In addition, we have also checked migrating data using staging tables in the migration cockpit and it requires the CRM system to be on SAP HANA DB.
Which other options can we explore to perform this migration of transactional data from SAP CRM on-prem?
