- What Emarsys has out-of-the-box to support a loyalty program (Loyalty Add-On). How would this plug into our existing compensation model?
What support is there in the platform to communicate through WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook Messenger, LINE, and KKTalk?
If this is not in the platform, is it on the roadmap?
What is the integration from Emarsys back into the SAP Commerce cart?
- Does it allow us to publish rules around what loyalty is?
- How does it plug in to SAP Commerce to allow customers to redeem rewards that are part of the loyalty program?
Are there other communication channels outside of e-mail, SMS, push notification, direct social media messages that we would be able to leverage?
- What additional work will it take on the SAP Commerce team to enable this backward flow of information into enhancing the customer shopping experience?
- Does Emarsys drive Google Ads and Facebook Ads based on user behavior?
- What additional configuration / setup does this require?
