Intercompany without transferring the property

Hello Team,

I have this Intercompany requirement in my current company.

Here the scenario:

- Company A, Plant X produces a material BOTTLE and sends to affiliate Company B, Plant Y

- Company B, Plant Y makes internal production adding just few Raw Materials (inks) and Labor, transforming the product in BOTTLE RED

- Company B, Plant Y can either send back BOTTLE RED to plant X or ship directly to the customer (SO inserted for plant X).

The requirement is to manage this flow without transferring the property of the goods form Company A to B. The product BOTTLE and then BOTTLE RED must be under Company A.

Please, do you have any suggestions?
