System has picked wrong BOM in the Production Order after converting the Planned order

Hi Experts,

We have observed in the system, for our previous order system has picked the wrong BOM Component and we are not able to find why it has happend.

and the Order has picked the below Component

The Header Material has only one BOM & Routing without any alternate BOM & Routing.

I have checked the RESB table also but there also the BOM Number has been updated which indicates that nobody has manually added the Component in the Production Order. Don't how the system has picked the wrong BOM.

What are the other factors by which the system has picked the wrong BOM Component in the Order?

Please help me to resolve the above queries.
