S4 HANA Public cloud integration with On premise Vertex.

Hi,

This question is related to S4 HANA Public cloud integration with Vertex.

As per standard solution, one need to use BTP platform which support for integration solution.

Please let me know if anyone has done on-premise Vertex integration without using BTP.

If yes, then please help me to understand it (May using direct API)
