Calculation of Remaining FTE available in a Position

Hi All,

I, working on a People Analytic Story where I need to fetch Remaining FTE available in a Position based on Available Full FTE of a Position and number of Incumbents assigned to it. For Ex: if a Position's full FTE is 4 and number of Incumbents assigned to the Position is 2.5 the remaining FTE should be as 1.5. I tried to caluclate on Incumbents FTE from Employments details and it is giving only for one employee. could any one help me in formulating the correct firmular to use for this scenario
