Test & demo license for Product Footprint Management (PFM)

Hello.

I would like to try out the SAP Product Footprint Management (PFM) by using test & demo (TDD) license.

Does the license package of “ [8012201] Cloud test and demo for SAP Product Footprint Management” includes all necessary environment, such as BTP, SAC and S/4HANA?

Or, does it require to sign up for TDD license for BTP, SAC and S/4HANA separately?
