SAP CR2020 app crashing when opening

Hi, my CR2020 install keeps crashing when opening the app. I have un-installed, removed SAP folders and registry entries, then re-installed and still have the same issue. Here are the 2 errors that show in the Event Registry. Please help!

I am having the same issue. Windows 11, downloaded latest executable from site and performed installation process again (after uninstall). Really hope there is a fix somewhere.

I did not, I just ended up installing it on a different device.

Hi Patricia,

When you install you should use an Administrator account and right click on the setup.exe and select Run As Administrator.

Lot's of things need to be registered under the Admin account.

If you are not using BW then on install under the Database options uncheck the BW option, actually uncheck any DB option you won't be using. If by chance you do need one CR will install it when required.
