Hi, my CR2020 install keeps crashing when opening the app. I have un-installed, removed SAP folders and registry entries, then re-installed and still have the same issue. Here are the 2 errors that show in the Event Registry. Please help!

I did not, I just ended up installing it on a different device.

I am having the same exact error messages. Did you ever get this resolved?

Hi Don, I did try that and am still having the same errors. Any other ideas?

Hi Patricia,
When you install you should use an Administrator account and right click on the setup.exe and select Run As Administrator.
Lot's of things need to be registered under the Admin account.
If you are not using BW then on install under the Database options uncheck the BW option, actually uncheck any DB option you won't be using. If by chance you do need one CR will install it when required.
