How to retrieve the records like 1,4,7 records by skipping 2,3 and 5,6 records from table

hi guys.

i have14records with row number as 1,2,3,4,5---14

now i want to get 1,4,7,10,13 records to target table+1

and

2,5,8,13 records to tt table_2

and

3,6,9,12 records to tt table_3
