Is SAP Marketing Cloud going to sunset soon due to Emarsys?

Dear Experts,

We are facing some challenges on the pre-sales related to SAP Marketing solutions. Can you please suggest or confirm is SAP Marketing Cloud going to Sunset soon with replacement of Emarsys? or no impact on both applications?

The customer business model is both B2B & B2C, please suggest your recommendation based on SAP Best Practice.
