Is SAP Marketing Cloud going to sunset soon due to Emarsys?

Dear Experts,

We are facing some challenges on the pre-sales related to SAP Marketing solutions. Can you please suggest or confirm is SAP Marketing Cloud going to Sunset soon with replacement of Emarsys? or no impact on both applications?

The customer business model is both B2B & B2C, please suggest your recommendation based on SAP Best Practice.

SAP is committed to support SAP Marketing Cloud for the length of contracts. We do have many contracts that run at least until End of 2026. Also customers can renew or buy more of the same until at least end of 2026.

We continue to deliver new releases with new functionality following the release schedule and publish this on the roadmap explorer. With this we evolve the solution to meet the needs of existing customers:

Emarsys will continue to evolve to meet the needs of the SAP customer base and industry focus

Hi Michael,

Currently we are in process to understand Marketing process of Real Estate Account but unable to propose them definite product/solution as Emarsys is yet to have trail account to show and not so mature for B2B /B2C as compare to Marketing Cloud.

So what if we advise them to go with SAP Marketing Cloud as it will more helpful to full-fill their process as compared to Emarsys and what if SAP is not going to support after 2026 ?

seems my predictions were wrong.
Actually, SAP is focusing on Emarsys solely. Certification is no longer available for Marketing Cloud.
I presume, Marketing Cloud will be soon discontinued.
