Dear experts,
The customer has ECC as the ERP system and Cloud for Customer as the CRM. Marketing campaigns are built and executed in C4C, while quotes and sales orders are created in ECC. Quotes and sales orders are integrated from ECC->C4C.
The business users would like to enter the campaign ID in sales quotes/sales orders in ECC, then integrate both docs with campaign ID from ECC-> C4C.
Kindly advise if campaign IDs are available in ECC as standard fields and if so, how to activate these for both UI and integration to C4C.
