Force revert activity

Hello,

I need to revert an activity from the DTR administration GUI. I cannot close it from NDS because I cannot see it. It never appears in my opened activities ! Seems it has been lost when I got a problem with multiple DTR clients.

I login into the DTR (Web UI), but I get the following exception when I choose to revert the activity (whatever login I use) :

Error: Precondition concurrency-lock-denied check failed.

Do you know how I can force the revert of the activity ?

Hello Nicolas,

Unfortunately, I cannot provide any suggestions as to how to see your activity back in the NDS.

However, the problem (concurrency-lock-denied) with reverting an activity using the Web UI of DTR has been resolved with the Service Pack 15 version of JDI.
