BI 4.3 CMC action menu grayed out

Hi,

We just installed BI 4.3 SP02 with tomcat on Windows Server 2019.

Logged into CMC as an administrator to manage the servers however the 'Action' button to look into server properties is grayed out. When right click on any services to access context menu the only option available is 'new'.

Company license key is valid.

Any suggestion would help
