SAP Analytics Cloud embedded edition - Analytic application consume

In the SAP documentation, it seems that using an Analytic application is not possible with the SAP Analytics Cloud embedded edition.

But in this blog, https://blogs.sap.com/2021/09/20/sap-analytics-cloud-embedded-edition-frequently-asked-questions-and-answers/, it seems that "prebuilt analytic applications" can be consumed...

What does it means ?
