Wrong Verision of Workflow is called

My issues is that the correct versions of the Workflow is active and all event linkgage is active... When the workflow is called the wrong verision for the workflow is executed. I have refresh buffers, swu3 is green.. Can somebody give me some ideas how to correct this issue.

Hello John,

Goto transaction SWETYPV and check correct version of workflow attached to even linkage. If it is still refering to old version then delete record and create new record with new version of workflow.

You can goto Event Linkage using Worklfow Menu Area SWLD as well.

If still it is not working refresh memory using TC : SWU_OBUF....logout and login again. Most of the time it has problem with memory refersh

This will solve your problem.

The issue isn't with the linkage for buffers... The wrong workflow template is being called. I have run swu_obuf and have check all linkage and bindings. I have verision 3 active but verision 1 of the template is being called.

Do "Generate and Activate Runtime version" from the workflow Builder.

And also under the Workflow header -> Technical Information tab check if latest version is checkbox checked.

After that execute SWU_OBUF to refresh the Buffer and then execute your Businees process.

Thanks for all of your suggestion.. I have done them all.. I went back to the development machine and made from fake changes to the template and created a new transport and moved them to our QA system and will test the changes and see if this will work.
