SAP IBP: Capacity consumption rate is rounded up

Hello,

We are setting up IBP for capacity planning. We are facing the following issue:
In SAP we maintain the cycle time in the routing for a base quantity of 1 pc. For erxample, we have a cycle time of 1,7 sec. for 1 pc. In IBP the value is rounded up and it shows a capacity consumption rate of 2.

You can see the issue on the following screenshot of work center COLO12 (sorry for German language in the screen shot): In SAP we have cycle time of 1,700 sec. for base unit 1 pc. In IBP we get 2.

Do you have a solution for us, that we get the 1,700 sec. in IBP as capacity consumption rate?
