Floating Menu Element Capture

Please find the below screenshot of the doubt I have while trying to automate Dynamics NAV:

In the below screenshot, I want to click on the "Home" tab which then opens up a floating menu.

Next screenshot has the floating menu in which I want to click "New" button.

These two screenshots belong to the same screen but I would like to know do I need to capture this screen multiple times just to capture the elements which are floating in the same screen and also as soon as I click somewhere else the floating menu disappears so how to capture these elements?(P.S., I already have used keyboard shortcut to access "New" button but the keyboard shortcuts may not work in all the scenarios)

Please guide me in resolving this doubt.
