Change status from Inactive to draft/approve

How can I change the status (General Data section) from Inactive to draft/approved?

I'm sorry, I'm not sure if it's related to customer/vendor. The section I mean is found in General Data/ Basic Data/ Header Data/ Status (I attached the snips below).

This is the field I'd like to amend (Status 415 Inactive), but when I press the double boxes to select an option, the only available one is "Inactive", so I don't know how to go back to the previous status (Draft) that allows me to make amendments to my SAP record.

What do you mean?

Do you mean the customer /vendor/ material. Maybe it's better to show which field you mean.
