Campaign in C4C Sales Order

Dear experts,

we are implementing C4C marketing campaign functionality.

Currently, the campaign ID is available in leads, opportunities, sales quotes in C4C.

However, we are not able to find the field in C4C Sales Order, which is essential to report on the success of campaigns.

Kindly advise how we can achieve this in C4C.. thanks!

Hello Lih,

In the current release there is no option to link Campaign Id to Order .You can see the same i.e. If you Open the Campaign,there are facet available for Lead/Opportunity/Quote but not for Sales Order.

Maybe you address your requirement with the business case via Idea Forum .Hope this help.
