Reporting on Previous incumbent in a position?

Hi there

has anyone had any success reporting on previous incumbents on position?

I have amended the date options to "show all" so I can see al rows on the position table but I havent found a way to identify just the rows with current and previous incumbent?

Hi Ciara,

I´m about a year too late (hopefully you´ve found the answer by now!).

I see from the report output, that the first column in yellow is Incumbent. If had changed this column for Incumbent(s). The versions with the (s), you should get the expected data.

It´s said that the incumbent without the (s) Incumbent, is used for Succession.

I hope this helps anyone that finds their way here.
