Hello,
There was a new feature that we were expecting this quater that was the "Ability to define authorizations for individual business rules projects"
It does not appear anymore in the current roadmap https://roadmaps.sap.com/board?PRODUCT=73554900100800003239Does that mean it has been delivered ? I do not find any information on it.
Regards,
Michael
Hello Michael and Klaus,
You can achieve project level privileges using APIs ( see here ) and you can learn how to use them from our documentation.
Hope that helps,
Archana

Hi archana.shukla
Thanks for the information. I saw there are some new roles like RuleImplementor or RuleViewer but I was expected an attribute in role template to be able provide the project ID the user is able to manage.
From the description of the new functionality, it says "define authorizations for individual business rules projects". How to define the list of individual projects the user is able to manage ?
Regards,
Michael
Hi Archana,
Same here. We also don't understand how to create roles for individual projects.
Would be great if you could share further information how this can be done.
The SAP Help doesn't mention how to do it.
Thanks,
Klaus
