SAP Upgrade - ERS not starting in HA

Hi, I am in the middle of an upgrade and receiving the follwoign error in execution phase. The system is a HA system. As a part of upgrade i have disabled HA services, and enabled again. but still getting the error The ERS System 10 is not starting.

Did you upgrade your system kernel? if YES please upgrade "ntclust*.sar"
