SYSFAIL : Permanent error in BPE inbound processing (Migrating BPM from On Premise to AWS Cloud)

Hello Expert,

As part of on premise to AWS migration, we have moved the all objects into AWS cloud.

During Testing we found that some of the BPM is not starting and giving Permanent error in BPE inbound processing.

I have done dummy changes into all objects, SXI_CACHE is also refreshed.
