SAP Asset Manager 2110 - Status cannot be Updated

Hello Experts,

we are in the process of enabling the SAP Asset Manager 2110 in our environment. After enabling the SAM 2110, we are getting the error 'Status cannot be updated' when we navigate from work order detail screen to work order list screen. Also, it is not allowing to update the work order status and notification status. It is not showing Clock in/Clock out option in the work order detail screen to change the work order status.

we haven't done any customisation and we are using the standard SAP Asset manager application (2110). can you please let me know if anyone face the similar issue. please advice me on this.

Hi Anselm,

Looks like your problem is resolved, always recommend using master notes while implementing new version of Asset Manager application.
