SAP bapi_condition_contract_sync to change condition contract

Though in the bapi documentation we have information on using bapi bapi_condition_contract_sync to change condition contract , there is no details on the parameters that is required .Tcode WCOCO does not use this bapi either to check on it.

Can yo please share if this has been already used by any?
