how can we achieve HA-DR Setup SAP IQ? what about license part?

The standard approach to providing HA for SAP IQ systems is to implement an IQ Multiplex (scale out) configuration.

The HA setup for ILM/NLS with IQ is not mandantory relevant for this use case, as the data can be backup even offline, as once the data is transferred to the IQ Server, there is no HA dependency from IQ to the SAP necessary.Never the less, there is the following possible- HW disk mirroring
- standby database while setup of the SAP IQ server
