How to see the planning scenario field when creating a cost estimate

Could you please help me understand how I can get the planning scenario field to show up, and be editable in the cost estimate creation transaction CK11N?

The field is visible in my system in the KEKO table,

It is also visible, although not editable in this screenshot of a tutorial (just below the production version)

It is not visible however, in my system, nor is it visible in any of the 3 other systems I tried.

Please advise me if you have any information about this field. Is it visible/editable in your system? Is it editable only via a user exit?
