bo login error when password changed in BW

Hi Experts,

We login bo webi with error 'Invalid user or password' after we changed the password in SAP BW. We use SSO into WEBI report via SAP authentication.It is corporate policy to reset passwords every 90 days, the account was used on several devices.We hit this error whenever we reset the password on SAP. Anyone has any solution?

Hi Jason,

I believe you can go to CMC --- Authentication Tab -- SAP --- User Update Tab

and update the Roles and Alias.

This might help to resolve the issue.
