Clean button in EPMContextMember Filter by Property doesn't work

I am using EPM For Excel 10 SP38 p6 64 bits and Microsoft Excel 2016 (16.0.4266.1001)

If I use a filter in the EPMCONTEXTMEMBER, filter is working an showing the right values accordantly to the filter.

However, user when running the report cannot clear the filter.

We tested the same in a Office 365 32b and with EPM 10 SP35 P4 32bits, and it work perfectly, the clean button works.

Do you know, if it's a bug know in 64b version, or it's maybe a config bad done in 64bits.
