Strategy Plan - start in Cycle reduce the frequency

Hi Expert,

We have a performance base Strategy Plan, in IP10 when we choose "Start in Cycle" and choose "Select Package" to set start offset, Due packages are displayed as 500, 1000, 1500, 2000........ series

how to reduce the frequency of this series such as 100, 200, 300, 400......?

Is there any way to Mass restart these plans with Start in Cycle by setting offset? (more than 200 plans)
