UNABLE TO PRINT DOCUMENTS IN SAP B1

Good day to you all. I have a client that anytime they want to print on SAP Business One, it will be hanging and it will take so long to preview or to print. Sometimes it won't come up at all to the extent that you have to end task SAP B1 on the task Manager.

What is the solution to this issue?
