How to convert Horizontal line data to one by one line data in QR SCAN ?

How to convert Horizontal line data to one by one line data in QR SCAN ?

I am showing 10 data's in QR scan code.

Data showing Horizontally when we scan QR Code.

For eg : material no, no of packs, net wt, gross wt, lotno, date, country, price showing Data horizontally.

But i need to show line by line.

material no,

no of packs,

gross wt,

lotno,

date,

country,

price like this..

I am using CONCATENATE 10 FIELDS INTO 1 FIELD in prog and declare in smartform.

Pls give idea.
