Getting this error in SAP ESR consistency check in a particular Software Component

No will not create like that . Solved as some table inconsistency due not enough space in PI oracle server.

Hi Sharada,

Please check the namespace under the SWCV including the one in the change list, there should be a namespace with a length of more than 255 char.
