Mapping logic for records in the file

Hi Experts,

I have a CSV file in the given format. where are GDV values are in columns.

which i have to convert into the below format where where GDV values comes in each row for a given Vendor id and colorway code combination.

Can you please help me with the logic how i can achieve this in the PO mapping.
