Apps Perform Maintenance Jobs

Hello

With release 22/02 we need to use a new app "Perform Maintenance Jobs" instead of previous apps "Confirm Jobs".

When I execute it, I can select maintenance order and assign it to me.

But if another user wants also to add times to the same maintenance order, option is not available.

How can we deassign or assign employees?

When you click 'Record Time' button and launch the "Record Time' sub-screen, you can click the 'Add' button and time for another person.

Hello Rajendra, thanks for your answer.

But this will not solve the issue.

Let me explain my case more deeper.

I have user A and user B working on a same maintenance order.

User A is going to the apps and assign order to him. He can enter time for him and as you said can enter time for user B.

But when user B goes to the apps, he can't enter himself his time.

That's why I would like to have a possibility that order has to be deassigned for user A and reassign to user B.

You can use the configuration option to allow time confirmation for the jobs that are assigned to another maintenance technician.

With this configuration you can control this option for a particular maintenance plant and order type.

Once the maintenance technician(job is assigned to) decides to start the job, other technicians can record time. The start of the job and final confirmation is only allowed to the maintenance technician who is assigned to this job, other technicians can record time and can not mark the final confirmation.

This configuration does not exist in S/4 HANA 2021 on premise. How can we achieve this in on premise.
