BADI required for destination bin for Putaway strategy for bulk storage EWM

Dear Experts,

Actually found the right BADI for Bulk Storage which is /SCWM/EX_CORE_PTS_NBIN_BLK (Determine Destination Bin: Putaway Behavior: Bulk Storage) previously it worked find and all of sudden when we use this BADI we are getting destination bin as OVS which is over flow right, so can you please suggest your comments on the same, please let me know if you need further details.
