Quality inspection of stock after 103 mov. type and before 105 mov. type | without QM module

My organization has a requirement where we do gate entry using mov. type 103 and then we send few items/sample into the testing dept. for technical suitability/quality inspection and this process is without using SAP. Once testing department approves the samples then we do 105 to post the GR/all stock into unrestricted stock.

cond. 1: 103(GR blocked stock) --> samples sent for QI without SAP --> sample Approved --> 105(Post GR to Unrestricted)

Cond. 2: 103(GR blocked stock) --> samples sent for QI without SAP --> sample Rejected --> 124(stock returned to vendor)

Could you please tell me the steps to automate the existing manual quality inspection process in my org. We also want a report that shows the stock present into the QI, testing department and the plan detail with respected to a PO.
