Need to change currency and calendar in SAP without access to SU3

I do not have access to SU3 so I am unable to change my currency and calendar layout in SAP from the European format (i.e. 1.978,00 for currency and the calendar showing 31.12.2022 instead of 12.31.2022. How can I do this?
