Use of Refresh button on variable pay worksheet and can we hide it from worksheet ?

Want to know what is the use of refresh button on variable pay worksheet and is this possible to hide this button from worksheet.

I do not see any kba regards to this.

I don't believe there is a way to hide it unfortunately but I will provide a confirmation from Engineering in this thread once I find out. I did test tonight and can already confirm that it only appears on the worksheet, not in Executive Review.
