Wrong lot. The system has two lots for the same material.

We have two different control lots with the same quantity (3 and 3 pcs) and material reference. But one of them is wrong. how can it be removed? Actually we only have 3. Two lots were held on 107 and 109 types of movement. It is the lot that must be deleted with 107 types of movement. I tried to cancel the lot through transaction ZQMQC05 but the material is serialized. note - I don't have SAP NOTE.
