MultiLanguageTranslations lost from table OMLT / MLT1

Hello Community

We have a strange problem with lost translations since we updated SAP B1 in Januar 2022 to a new subversion (now 10.00.180 / FP 2111)

Again and again many translations mostly concerning table OITM are lost. FieldAlias are ItemName, FrgnName and UserText. I couldn't find any reason why. For sure no user did it by intention. Within 1 month about 6500 translations were lost that I have to re-import from a backup. Translations are not lost at once but daily again and again.

Does any one have the same problem? We never had this problem before, it started after the update.

Hi Ricardo,

we had to wait till late 2022 until we got an update. Now SAP works normal again. We were updated to version 10.00.190 FP 2202.

Hi everybody,

I found out why the translations are lost. It happens by deleting an item!

All AddOns were stopped for testing. Then I delete three items: in two of three cases, about 20 translations per deleted item were lost.

Our SAP Partner is in touch with SAP. Hope they will solve this problem quickly.
