SAP IDM shell execute

Hi,
I am thinking about executing a power shell script within an IDM process. The script is located on the IDM server and performs some actions on another server. Within the script the corresponding target server is given like "\\serverABC".
In general, is that possible?
Second, with which user account the script is executed - SIDadm, MXMC_rt, IDM admin user? Do I need to consider specific user authorizations?
