Unable to define the counter namespace in CCM

Hello All,

We are in S42021 + CC2021 - Unable to create the counter namespace while maintained the CCM against the Subscription Product. The Charge Plan Created manually using CoreTool where it was visible for CCM enablement except counter namespace. Since change plan is not having this counter namespace, hence it is not showing up in CCM. How to enable/create the counter namespace against the chargeplan via coretool ? Do we need to do something in CRM ?
