Recurring dump IS template_not_found

Hi everyone !

I'm not familiar with IS and we are currently experiencing issu with a Z internet service.

We've got pop-up that are displaying when a certificate will be terminate in few days, and when it does, the pda link by the IS face a dump : "ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND"

When we face this dump, we go to SE80 and publish the complete service and there is no more dump.

However, the next day that a pop-up show we have to start again the operation, do you have any idea of what to do in order to fix the problem once for all ?
