My all sap conversational ai chatbot on microsoft teams is not responding. Till yesterday it is working fine. Suddenly it stopped responding. Please give a solution ASAP.

Can you please confirm what issues you see on web chat?
On web chat it is showing that- There was an error sending this message to your bot: HTTP status code InternalServerError.

so you're not referring to SAP Conversational AI Web Chat as a channel but to the Web Chat in Microsoft Azure, correct?

Yes. It is not responding on teams. We have connected our sap conversational AI chat bot to teams through azure channel.
