express document update was terminated received from author xyz

when PR is created it is getting saved and a PR no also generated but when i double click on the that no am getting this sapoffice express info(i.e express document update was terminated received from author xyz). now when i go and check this created PR it is showing not exist and it is not showing up in my purchase requestion when i on document over veiw in me51n.

please help me solve this issue.
