express document update was terminated received from author xyz

when PR is created it is getting saved and a PR no also generated but when i double click on the that no am getting this sapoffice express info(i.e express document update was terminated received from author xyz). now when i go and check this created PR it is showing not exist and it is not showing up in my purchase requestion when i on document over veiw in me51n.

please help me solve this issue.

Check user ID or author xyz have sufficient authorization to create PR for organization units which you have entered in that PR screen. Check following such as....

1. Sufficient authorization to create PR for user of SAP user ID or author xyz

2. Availability of number range to create a new PR- check number range set up for PR document type

3. Check in case your PR layout designed for your business on " PR Print" and user of SAP user ID or author xyz should have sufficient authorization to these PR layout function

4. Consult with Basis team in case any issue with table level updates, if any!

Its actually the no range has full. need to change no range i think your point no 2. worked out for me.
